THE STORY

It’s an age-old problem: you want to eat delicious and healthy food but don’t have the time or patience to cook properly.

Looking for a solution, the team at Bonzo looked for inspiration in their childhoods and their grandmothers’ tasty cooking.

They quickly encountered two problems: health was never really grandma’s priority and she would spend hours cooking. So how to make something that’s easy to cook but still healthy?

Easier said than done, but Bonzo was able to adapt classic recipes and create new simmer dishes that use the finest ingredients from European suppliers (and have more vegetables!!) but are just as savory. And by applying and improving on traditional conservation methods that require no additives, Bonzo is able to pack their delicious, healthy meals in glass jars, ready for consumption.

And their intuitive, subscription-based platform (tailored by yours truly) removes any last inconvenient obstacles between consumers and a tasty, healthy meal.
